Which browsers support web push notifications?

Web push notifications are supported by Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Safari (on macOS). This covers over 90% of all web users.

Do users need to install anything to receive notifications?

No. Unlike mobile apps, web push notifications require no downloads or installations from users. They simply need to accept the permission request.

Can I customize the appearance of push notifications?

Yes. You can customize the title, message, icon, and include action buttons through your RemarketingPush dashboard.

Will push notifications work on mobile devices?

Yes, they work on Android devices in supported browsers. iOS support is more limited and primarily works when websites are added to the home screen.
